Durham Garden Center is a little giant of a garden center, conveniently located in West Durham, with easy access that is well worth a short trip for all Durham, Chapel Hill and Hillsborough residents.

We carry only locally grown seasonal plant material, as well as an amazing selection of perennials, shrubs, trees and ground covers suited for hardiness zone 7. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff offers personalized service to all our customers. You will leave feeling a part of the Durham Garden Center family! Our garden pharmacy stocks a full range of fertilizers, deer repellents, solutions and amendments that will help you with those pesky garden critters and plants that simply need some TLC. We offer advice to help utilize these products properly and keep your garden thriving. Bag mulch, top soil, compost and professional potting soils will keep your garden looking great, and we will load them in your vehicle for you.

While you are here, you must visit our gift and bird showroom. DGC has a continuous supply of bird feeders, both squirrel-resistant and decorative, suet, and two of the best quality seeds available, Cole's and Wild Delight. This is one-stop shopping for all your backyard birding needs! It doesn't stop there!
