Clothing and Household Goods Donation Drive
To benefit AnimalKind- Help save lives!
What: Bring donations of clean, gently used men's and women's clothing and small household goods in bags
Where: Durham Garden Center parking lot in large bin
When: Saturdays in May 10am to 4pm (cancelled if raining)
AnimalKind is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to end the unnecessary euthanasia of adoptable cats and dogs in NC shelters by helping low-income families prevent unwanted pet litters.
All clothing and household goods will be brought to ReTails Thrift Shop. 100% of net profits of ReTails Thrift Shop in Raleigh support AnimalKind spay/neuter programs. The $20 FIX spay/neuter subsidy program benefits Durham, Orange, Wake, Person and Caswell County Residents. More than 13,500 needy pets have been altered! SPAYNC Helpline provides statewide spay/neuter referrals.
